Abstract:Objective: To improve the quality of skin graft. Methods: Allogeneic sucking pig dermis and autologous epidermis (A+C), allogeneic young pig dermis and autologous epidermis (B+C), autologous epidermis graft (C) were used as subjects in three experimental groups for skin grafting. Observations were undertaken for more than two years. Results: The quality of skin grafting was the best with the group of A+C, then the group of B+C and then the one of C. Skin grafting of sucking pig frozen dermis treated by trypsin and autologous epidermis showed the highest living possibility without obvious rejection response, and had advantages of much resemblance to normal skin. Conclusion: Sucking pig frozen dermis disaggregated with trypsin could be used as a carrier of epidermis autograft.
