| 摘 要： | 系统分析论述了国内外实验动物的基因图谱、分子遗传标记、基因改造与操纵、转基因动物等基因工程方面的研究进展与发展趋势。阐述了基因工程技术在实验动物育种、遗传检测、特定动物模型建立等方面的应用情况，并针对我国实验动物基因工程的研究现状，对今后的研究与应用提出了设想。

| Abstract: | In this article, recent research progress and developmental trend in gene mapping, molecular genetic marker, gene reform and manipulation, transgenic animal and so on in laboratory animal are analyzed. The application status of genetic engineering in breeding, genetic detection, definite animal models is discussed. And on the basis of the present researching situation in China, the perspective of study and application is proposed. |
