辛伐他汀对血脂正常的颈动脉粥样硬化患者血清同型半胱氨酸和血脂的影响

目的 观察辛伐他汀对血脂正常的颈动脉粥样硬化（CAS）患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和血脂的影响.方法 选取200例血脂正常的CAS患者,随机分为治疗组（100例）和对照组（100例）.治疗组给予辛伐他汀每晚20 mg,连续服用1年,比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后血清Hcy、颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）、血总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平的变化.结果 治疗组治疗后血清Hcy水平、血脂LDL-C、IMT明显低于治疗前水平（P＜0.05）,HDL-C升高（P＜0.05）,TC、TG变化不明显（P＞0.05）.结论 辛伐他汀对血脂正常的CAS患者能够安全有效地降低其血清Hcy水平,调整脂质成份的结构并能减低CAS患者颈动脉内中膜厚度.

Effect of sirnvastalin on serum homocysteine and blood lipid in carotid artery atherosclerosis patients with normal blood lipid

Objective To observe the effects of simvastatin on serum homocysteine （Hcy） and blood lipid in carotid artery atherosclerosis （CAS） patients with normal blood lipid. Methods 200 CAS patients with normal blood lipid were randomly divided into simvastatin group（ n = 100） and control group （n = 100）. The treatment group were added simvastatin 20 mg, one time per night. The treatment was 12 months,to observe the changes of serum Hcy, intima-media thickness （IMT）and blood lipid for example total cholesterol（ TC）, triglycerides （ TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）. Results Compared with the baseline, Hcy, LDL-C and IMT had signifi- cant reduction （P 〈 0.05 ） in treatment group, at the same time HDL-C increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, TC, TG had no significant changes （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Simvastatine can reduce serum Hcy and IMT in patients with CAS patients with normal blood lipid and adjust the structure of the lipids.
