摘    要:目的观察急性白血病骨髓血血浆中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平,探讨其在急性白血病中表达的意义以及二者之间相关性。方法54例急性白血病患者分为3组,其中初治组33例,缓解组15例,复发组6例。用ELISA法检测骨髓血血浆中COX-2和VEGF的表达。结果①急性白血病初治组COX-2和VEGF表达分别为(6.33±2.01)ng/mL和(132.32±16.41)pg/mL;缓解组分别为(4.09±1.47)ng/mL和(114.47±7.06)pg/mL;复发组分别为(6.45±1.07)ng/mL和(125.84±8.68)pg/mL。COX-2和VEGF在初治组及复发组表达均明显高于缓解组(P<0.01)。②COX-2和VEGF在急性白血病中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01),同时都与骨髓原始幼稚细胞比例呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论COX-2和VEGF在初治及复发急性白血病表达水平高于缓解期,二者之间呈协同表达,且COX-2和VEGF表达水平与骨髓原始幼稚细胞比例呈正相关。为以COX-2为靶点的抗血管新生治疗急性白血病,提供了新的思路和实验依据。

Expressions and significance of COX-2 and VEGF in patients with acute leukemia
Abstract:Objectives To investigate COX-2 and VEGF in acute leukemia patients.Methods Of 54 acute leukemia patients,there are 33 cases in initial treatment group,15 cases in remission group and 6 cases in relapse group.The COX-2 and VEGF in plasma of bone marrow were detected by ELISA. Results The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF were(6.33±2.01) ng/mL and(132.32±16.41) pg/mL respectively in initial treatment group,(4.09±1.47) ng/mL and(114.47±7.06) pg/mL respectively in remission group,and(6.45±1.07) pg/mL and(125.84±8.68) pg/mL respectively in relapse group.The levels of COX-2 and VEGF in both initial treatment group and relapse group were apparently higher than those in remission group(P<0.01).The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in acute leukemia had a positive relativity with each other(P<0.01),and both of them had positive relativity with the blast cells in bone marrow cells(P<0.01).Conclusion ① The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF were higher in untreated and relapsed acute leukemia than in remission period,and were coordinate expression.② The levels of COX-2 and VEGF were positive relativity with the blast cells in bone marrow.The findings offers a new way and experimental evidence for the anti-angiogenic treatment of acute leukemia with COX-2 as the target.
