维思通治疗阿尔茨海默病行为和精神症状对照研究

目的对照研究维思通治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)行为和精神症状(BPSD)的疗效。方法对46例AD患者随机给维思通联合安理申或单用安理申治疗3个月,采用AD病理行为评分表(BEHAVE-AD),简易智力状态检查(MMSE)评定疗效,治疗时出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应,分别比较2组不同时间的疗效和不良反应。结果每组BEHAVE-AD分值均较入组时显著性降低,MMSE分值均较入组时显著性升高。2组比较,治疗组BEHAVE-AD分值较对照组降低更显著,而2组不良反应相当。2组MMSE分值无显著性差异。结论维思通治疗AD患者BPSD疗效肯定,不良反应少。

Comparative study on behavioral and psychiatric symptoms of Alzheimer's disease treated with Risperdal

Objective It is to comparatively study the curative effect of Risperdal on behavioral and psychiatric symptoms (BPSD) of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods 46 patients with AD were randomly prescribed with Risperdal combined with Aricept or Aricept solely for three months. The curative effect was assessed with the behavioral pathology in Alzheimer's disease rating scale (BEHAVE-AD) and Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE). The untoward reaction was assessed with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS). The curative effect and untoward reaction were respectively compared between the two groups in different period. Results The BEHAVE-AD score was significantly lower and the MMSE score was significantly higher than that of basal state in each group. The BEHAVE-AD score in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group. The untoward reaction and MMSE score had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Risperdal is effective and safe on BPSD in AD patients.
