血清CEA及CA19-9水平与结直肠癌分期及分化程度关系的研究

目的探讨血清CEA和CA19-9水平与结直肠癌分期和分化程度的关系。方法收集71例结直肠癌患者,检测其血清CEA和CA19-9水平,分析其表达在不同肿瘤TNM分期和分化程度上的差异。结果肿瘤TNM分期越晚,血清CEA水平越高(P<0.05);分化程度越高,血清CEA水平越低(P<0.05)。肿瘤TNM分期越晚,血清CA19-9水平越高(P<0.01);分化程度越高,血清CA19-9水平越低(P<0.01)。差异均有统计学意义。结论结直肠癌患者血清CEA和CA19-9水平可作为评估肿瘤分期和分化程度的指标之一。

Study on the Relationship of CEA and CA19-9 Serum Levels with Staging and Differentiation Grade of Colorectal Cancer

Objective To explore the relationship of serum CEA,CA19-9 concentration and staging,differentiation grade of colorectal cancer. Methods There were total 71 cases collected. The differences of the serum concentration of CEA and CA199 were analyzed among distinct TNM staging and differentiation grades. Results The advancer of the TNM staging,the higher concentration of serum CEA (P <0.05). The higher differentiation of colorectal cancer,the lower concentration of serum CEA (P <0.05). The advancer of the TNM staging,the higher concentration of serum CA19-9 (P <0.05). The higher differentiation of colorectal cancer,the lower concentration of serum CA19-9 (P <0.01). All the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Serum concentration of CEA and CA19-9 could be one of the indicators to assess the tumor staging and differentiation grade of colorectal cancer.
