| 摘 要： | 目的 研究非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD建模成功后行大网膜切除术,大鼠血清ALT、AST、TG、FFA、脂联素浓度变化的影响.方法 Wistar大鼠54只,随机分为三组,正常对照组(A组)、高脂饮食组(B组)及高脂饮食联合大网膜切除组(C组);检测各组大鼠血清三酰甘油(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及脂联素浓度变化.结果 大网膜切除后血浆中脂联素水平较单纯高脂饮食组明显升高(P<0.05), 在12周末,C组血清FFA、TG浓度较B组明显降低(P<0.05).结论 大网膜切除可明显提高NAFLD大鼠血清中脂联素水平,并改善血生化指标,提示内脏脂肪在NAFLD发病过程中起重要作用,可能通过脂联素参与NAFLD的发病机制.
