摘    要:目的:通过CT模拟定位技术的临床应用研究,评价其在调强放疗计划设计中的作用。方法:对49例不同部位肿瘤患者采用螺旋CT模拟定位扫描,通过网络将图像传送至三维放疗计划系统,进行调强放疗计划设计并实施治疗。结果:全部肿瘤患者均获得了理想的图像信息资料,通过放疗计划系统能够精确计算出剂量分布,并筛选出最佳调强放疗计划方案。结论:CT模拟定位是开展IMRT技术重要环节,其准确规范的应用是成功开展调强放疗技术的关键。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical application of CT-based simulation and evaluate the it's value in the treatment planning of intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT).Methods:49 patients with cancer were underwent multislice spiral CT-based simulation,the CT-scanning imaging of all patients were transferred to three-dimensional treatment planning system(TPS) through cable.The treatment planning of IMRT was performed on TPS and IMRT underwent for every patients.Results:The imaging information of all patients was ideal,the dose distribution were calculated correctly and the optimal treatment planning of IMRT were screened satisfactory.Conclusion:CT-based simulation is the important step in IMRT and it's application correctly and rationally is the key to achieve the goal of IMRT.
