上岗前体检中受检者氟牙症患病情况分析

目的了解上岗前体检中受检者氟牙症患病情况。方法选择上岗前体检中1692名受检者为观察对象,询问一般情况、原居住地,常规方法检查牙齿、口腔黏膜,采取Dean分类法检查氟牙症,并记录氟牙症患病程度。结果在1692例受检者中,氟牙症患者共有51例,总检出率为3.01%,氟牙症指数为0.08,患者主要来自四川、重庆、河南、陕西、云南、贵州等省市。结论氟牙症具有地区性分布特点,本次检查中氟牙症总患病率和指数都较低,属正常范围。

Prevalence of Dental Fluorosis among Worker in Pre-employment Physical Examination

Objective To investigate the prevalence of dental fluorosis among workers in pre-employment physicial examination. Methods 1 692 workers who received pre-employment physical examination were selected as study subjects. Their general information, the original residence area were asked and the teeth and oral mucous membrane were examined. The severity of dental fluorosis was scored with modified Dean classification. Results 51 workers were diagnosed as dental fluorosis among 1 692 workers, the prevalence was 3.01%. The dental fluorosis index was 0.08. Most victims came mainly from Sichuan, Chongqing, Henan, Shanxi, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces. Conclusion Dental fluorosis is an endemic disease with special regional distribution. It is normal that the low prevalence and low index features of dental fluorosis were found in our study.
