| 摘 要： | B类I型清道夫受体是第一个在分子水平上证实的位于细胞表面的高密度脂蛋白受体。B类I型清道夫受体有多种配体,可以介导胆固醇及其他脂质在高密度脂蛋白和细胞之间转运,在动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | The scavenger receptor class B type I(SR-BI) was the first molecularly well-defined cell-surface high-density lipoprotein(HDL) receptor to be described.SR-BI is a multi-ligand receptor that can mediate the binding and bi-direction flux of cholesterol and other lipids between HDLs and cells.SR-BI is very important in atherosclerosis. |
