| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同液体预防硬膜外麻醉低血压的临床效果。方法：选择120例在硬膜外麻醉下行手术治疗的患者,随机分为三组（n=40）,麻醉后以15ml/（h.kg）的速度分别静脉输入缩合葡萄糖氯化钠、琥珀酰明胶和乳酸钠林格氏液。麻醉手术中间隔5min测量血压。结果：麻醉手术中缩合葡萄糖氯化钠组和琥珀酰明胶组的低血压发生率均为4例（10%）,显著低于乳酸钠林格氏液组（22例,55%,P〈0.05）。结论：缩合葡萄糖氯化钠和琥珀酰明胶对硬膜外麻醉引起的低血压均有很好预防作用。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To observe different fluid＇ s effect on defending hypotension caused by epidural anesthesia. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients were divided into three groups randomly （ n = 40）. Three groups were respectively injected polyglucose and sodium chloride （ Ⅰ ）, gelofusine （Ⅱ ） and sodium lactate （ Ⅲ ） injection in a dose of 15ml/（ h. kg） by intravenous drip after anesthesia. The blood pressure at per 5 minutes in anesthesia and the surgical operation were measured. Results：There were 4 cases with hypotension caused by epidural anesthesia （ 10% ） in each Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and 22 cases （55%） in Ⅲ. The effect ofⅠ and Ⅱ on defending hypotension was certainly much more better than Ⅲ （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Polyglucose and sodium chloride and gelofusine have very good prevention to the hypotension caused by epidural anesthesia. |
