| 摘 要： | 生长抑素是一种具有广泛生物学活性的物质,对神经内分泌肿瘤有较强的抑制作用。动物实验和多数临床试验证实生长抑素类似物具有显著抗肿瘤作用,能改善肝癌患者预后及提高生存率。但近几年的临床试验结果却与上述结果有众多矛盾之处,生长抑素类似物的抗肿瘤作用现已受到质疑。此文将对生长抑素类似物在肝癌治疗中的作用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Somatostatin is a kind of cytokine having general biologic activity, and has strongly inhibitoy action on neuroendocrine tumor. Many clinical trials and animal experiments confirmed that somatosatin analog has anti-tumor effect obviously and can improve prognosis of HCC and the survival rate. However, there are contradictions between clinical test results, in recent years. Anti-tumor effect of somatoststin analog has been questioned. The role of somatostatin in the therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma will be reviewed in this article. |
