| 摘 要： | 目的:研究异舒吉治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效并探讨其机理。方法:76例不稳定性心绞痛患者使用异舒吉20mg,加入500mL液体中静脉滴注,调整滴数(1.25～5.0mg/h)。观察治疗前后的心绞痛症状、心率、血压、心肌耗氧程度及心电图改变。结果:经异舒吉治疗,症状缓解总有效率85％;心肌耗氧量(以心率和收缩压乘积表示)减低;ST段下降,T<1R/10,T波倒置等心电图缺血表现得到明显改善,而且未发现明显不良反应。结论:异舒吉治疗不稳定性心绞痛有效且安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To studyon therapeutic effect of isoket for unstable angina(UA) .Methods:76 cases of UAP were treated with 20mg of isoket added into 5% glucose or 0.9% NS 500mL,and the drop speed was controlled( 1.25 - 5.0mg/h) .The changes of symptom, heart rate, blood pressure- oxygen capacity and ECG were observed in all patients with UAP before and after treatment. Results: After the treatment of isoket remission rate of angina was 85%, oxygen capacity of heart expressed in terms of product of heart rate multipled by the systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than before, the show of ischemia on ECG such as the lower of ST-T. Reversal of T wave were significantly improved and no untoword effects was found. Conclusion: UAP may be treated with isoket and it is effective and safe. |
