| 摘 要： | 目的研究晨尿尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值与24 h尿蛋白定量的相关性. 方法对76例不同肾脏疾病和不同程度肾功能的患者进行24 h尿蛋白定量和晨尿尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值的相关分析,同时按血浆白蛋白浓度、肾小球滤过率以及是否为糖尿病肾病将患者分为不同组别,分析各组间两种尿蛋白测定方法的相关性. 结果晨尿尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值与24 h尿蛋白定量具有相关性(r＝0.667,P＜0.05). 结论晨尿尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值可替代24 h尿蛋白定量广泛应用于临床.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlateion between spot urine protein-creatinine ratio and 24-hour urine protein excretion. Method Analysis the correlateon between spot urine protein-creatinine ratio and 24-hour urine protein excretion of the 76 patients was analyzed. The patients were devided into different gronps in accordance with the concentration of the serum albumin, GFR, and that whether the patient was DN, then analysis the correlation among these groups was made. Result There was correlation between the 24-hour urine protein measured and the spot urine protein-creatinine ratio(r=0.667, P<0.05). Conclusion Spot urine protein-creatinine ratio can replace the measurement of protein excretion in 24-hour urine. |
