保胃气以防六经传变

目的]探讨保胃气思想在六经传变中的应用。方法]通过综合分析的文献研究方法],研究总结保胃气思想在六经传变中的运用。结果]书中多以胃气强弱作为六经病发展转归的关键因素,并在六经病的辨证论治中,始终将保胃气作为治疗六经病的基本准则。病在三阳,祛邪保胃气,病入三阴,扶正保胃气。结论]张仲景在临床中非常重视胃气的作用,并将保胃气的治疗思想贯穿于《伤寒论》的始终。其中,在六经传变方面,保胃气思想表现的尤为突出。

And he ran through Shang Han Lun always by treatment ideas of Protection Wei Qi. The performance of Protection Wei Qi though was particularly prominent in the six channels transmission change.
