| 摘 要： | 目的:观察心肾相关理论指导治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将100例顽固性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组各50例。治疗组在西医基础治疗上加用"固本救心方"治疗。对照组采用西医基础治疗上加用真武汤治疗。结果:治疗组临床疗效、心功能的改善、中医证候积分、6 min步行试验、生活质量评分等方面明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:固本救心方配合西药常规治疗顽固性心力衰竭,疗效明显优于西药联合真武汤。

| Abstract: | Objective ： Through the application of heart kidney related theories to guide the treatment of intrac table heart failure, so as to raise the clinical curative effect of patients with refractory heart failure. Methods ： 100 patients with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in the treatment group were treated by combined the basic treatment of western medicine and with GuBen JiuXin Recipe The Control group： on the basic treatment of western medicine with Zhen Wu Decoction treatment. Results ： In treatment groupThe clinical symptoms of this group patients improved, clinical curative effect and the improvement of heart function, TCM syn drome integral, 6 minutes walking test, the quality of life score were better than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： For the treatment of refractory heart failure the curative effect treated with GuBen JiuXin Reci pe combined western medicine is obviously better than that with Zhen Wu Decoction. |
