定西地区公众结核病防治知识知晓情况调查

目的了解定西地区公众结核病防治知识知晓情况,评价结核病健康教育效果,为今后更有效地开展结核病健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群等比例随机抽样方法,使用全国第五次结核病流行病学抽样调查知晓率调查问卷对调查对象进行面对面询问式调查。结果合格调查问卷4485份。定西地区公众结核病防治知识核心信息总知晓率为80．69％．5条核心信息全部知晓率为47．40％。调查对象对结核病主要症状、传播途径和国家免费政策知晓率较高,分别为87．96％、86．89％和85．40％。城镇人群结核病防治知识总知晓率、全部知晓率明显高于农村人群（P〈0．05）;不同县、区之间结核病防治知识总知晓率、全部知晓率有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论定西地区结核病健康教育工作成效显著。但不同县、区知晓水平不平衡;边远山区农村人群知晓率低,是今后健康教育工作的重点。

Analysis of Public Awareness Rate of Tuberculosis Prevention and Control in Dingxi Area

bstract OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge of the prevention and control of tuberculosis（TB）in Dingxi area, effect of tuberculosis health education evaluation, and provide scientific basis for more effective TB health education in the future. METHOD Using stratified cluster random sampling method, they were administered to face questionnaire survey. RESULTS 4 485 questionnaire were eligible collected .The total public awareness rate the core information was 80.69%, the public awareness rate to all core information was 47.40%. The survey of the high awareness of the main symptoms, TB dissemination way, the national policy of free were respectively 87.96%, 86.89% and 85.40%. Urban population of tuberculosis prevention knowledge awareness rate, total awareness rate was significantly higher than that of rural population（P〈0.05）; difference among counties TB knowledge awareness rate of the total awareness rate, there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Health education of tuberculosis in Dingxi achieved remarkable results, but the level of awareness of different counties is not balanced; low awareness of rural population in remote mountainous areas, is the focus of future health education work.
