增强型能量多普勒成像技术检测颈动脉粥样硬化斑块新生血管对脑梗死的预测价值

摘    要:目的:探讨增强型能量多普勒(E-flow)成像技术对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块(CAP)新生血管的评价及其对脑梗死(CI)的预测价值。方法:用E-flow检查96例CAP患者的96个斑块。根据斑块内部回声特点,将其分为低、中、混合及强回声斑块组;根据斑块形态特征分为规则与不规则型斑块组。比较不同类型斑块的血流显示率。将患者分为斑块内有血流和无血流组,比较两组间CI发生率。结果:不同类型斑块血流显示率:混合(64.3%)〉低(53.9%)〉中(10.7%)〉强回声(0.0%)。不规则型斑块血流显示率明显高于规则型。斑块内有血流组CI发生率(64.3%)高于无血流组(39.7%)(P〈0.05)。结论:E-flow能显示CAP内新生血管血流信号,该技术可作为一种初步预测CI发生的新方法。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the feasibility of enhance-flow(E-flow)imaging technology in evaluating neovascu1a- rization of carotid atherosclerosis plaques(CAP) and its predictive value to cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:Ninety-six patients with CAP undergone E-flow imaging technology examination were included in this experiment.Plaques were divided into low,medium,mixed and strong echo groups,according to the internal echo characteristics and into regular and irregular groups according to the figures. Comparisons of blood flow displaying rate among different plaque groups were made respectively. Patients were divided into blood flow display and none-display groups. The incidences of CI was compared between them. Results : The blood flow displaying rate of different plaque groups showed mixed(64.3%)low(53.9%) medium(10.7%)strong(0.0%).The irregular group was obviously higher than the regular group. The incidence of CI in the blood-flow group(64.3%)was higher than that the non-display group(39.7%)(P0.05). Conclusion:E-flow can detect the neovascu1arization of CAP,and be used as a new method in predicting the occurrence of CI.
