鼻内镜下泪腺造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎手术分析

目的：探讨鼻内镜下泪腺造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果，为临床治疗慢性泪囊炎提供一定指导。方法：选取2009年6月-2012年6月本院收治的慢性泪囊炎患者60例进行回顾性分析，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，每组30例，观察组采用鼻内镜下泪腺造口术治疗，对照组采用传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗，观察两组的治疗效果和患者的主观满意度。结果：观察组总有效率为96．7％，对照组为93．3％，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；观察组患者主观满意度为96．7％，对照组为80．O％，观察组明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：鼻内镜下泪腺造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎效果显著，操作简单、创伤小、出血少，利于面部美观，是一种科学有效的方法，值得临床推广。

Endoscopic Lacrimal Ostomy in Treatment of Chronic Dacryocystitis Operation Analysis

Objective： To investigate the lacrimal ostomy under nasal endoscope in treatment of chronic dacryocystitis effect, for clinical treatment of chronic dacryocystitis provides some guidance. Method： From 2009 June to 2012 June in our hospital, 60 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were analyzed retrospectively, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with endoscopic lacrimal ostomy treatment, and the control group received the traditional dacryocystorhinostomy treatment. To observe treatment effect and the patient＇ s subjective satisfaction of the two groups. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%, and 93.3% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） . Subjective satisfaction for the patients in the observation group was 96.7%, and 80% in the control group, the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There was statistical significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Endoscopic lacrimal ostomy in treatment of chronic dacryocystitis with obvious effect, simple operation, less trauma, less bleeding, in favor of facial appearance, is a scientific and effective method, and worth the clinical promoted.
