射频消融治疗功能失调性子宫出血

目的探讨射频消融治疗功能失调性子宫出血(简称功血)的疗效及外周血性激素变化．方法应用BBT射频治疗仪对功血患者子宫内膜进行射频消融，并用放免法测定术前血清促卵泡素(FsH)、促黄体素(LH)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、及雌二醇(E2)浓度，并于术后1、2、3个月复查。结果76例患者射频治疗后取得了明显的临床疗效，治愈率78、9％(60／76)，好转率18．4％(14／76)，无效率2．6％(2／76)，总有效率97．4％，且射频治疗后，主要性激素无明显改变。结论射频介入微创治疗功血，方法简单，效果独特，一次治疗即可获得满意效果，且创伤小、痛苦轻、不住院、不影响内分泌功能、无明显不良反应，是一种可保留子宫，且避免大手术的新型微创技术，医患双方都易于接受，值得临床推广应用。

Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Radiofrequency Ablation

Objective To study treatment effect of dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB) and changes of sex hormones in blood by radiofrequency ablation.Methods The patients of DUB were treated by radiofrequency ablation.Before treatment and after 1,2,3 month treatment,follicle stimulation hormone(FSH),luteiniing hormone(LH) progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL) and estradio(E2) were measured by radiommunoassay respectively.Results 78.9% patients(60/76) were cured. 18.4% patients(14/76) were better than before treatment and 2.6% patients(21/76) were not cured.Total effect rate 97.4%.The sex hormones were not changing before and after treatment.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation treating DUB is a sample,safe and small wound method.In particular,the method did not affect function of internal secretion.
