1225例STD病人的感染及治疗状况分析

目的通过对1 225例STD病人的资料进行综合分析,以期了解其感染及接受治疗情况.方法将确诊的(免疫酶标和培养)STD病人按不同年龄、不同性别、不同病原体感染、合并症及治疗情况进行分类统计、综合分析.结果 1种病原体和2种病原体的感染率分别为70.78%和26.69%,青少年(20岁以下)感染131例占10.69%,其中有5例10岁以下的女童系家庭内感染.接受治疗者占39.43%,间断治疗者占32.90%,未治疗者占27.67%,配偶、固定性伴治疗占12%.结论对STD的多重感染、青少年感染及儿童家庭内感染应当引起足够重视.加强对广大群众(尤其是青少年)性病知识的宣传教育,增强STD患者与配偶(性伴)同时治疗的意识刻不容缓.

An Analysis of Infection and Treatment Conditions in 1 225 STD Cases

Objective To understand the infection and treatment in 1 225 STD patients. Methods To analyse patients infected with STDs by sex, age, pathogens, complications and treatment. Results The rates of infection caused by one and two pathoges accounted for 70. 78 % and 26. 94 %, respectively; 131 cases (10. 69 % ) were young people under 20 years, of which 5 girls under 10 years got infected at home. Of all those infected 481 cases (39. 33% ) received treatment, 403 cases (32.90%) were treated with interruption and 341 cases (26.94%) were not treated at all. The spouses and regular sex partners receiving treatment accounted for 12 % . Conclusion Serious attention should be paid to mixed infections in the youth and children. It is urgent to focus on education programs for the general population and to raise consciousness of STD patients as well as their spouses and regular sex partners on treatment needs.
