妇炎康复片的抗炎抗菌活血化瘀止痛作用实验研究

目的 :考察妇炎康复片的抗炎、抗菌、活血化瘀、止痛作用。方法 :以小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀法 ,考察其抗炎作用 ;以小鼠扭体法 ,考察其止痛作用 ;以纸片法、试管双倍稀释法和体内保护试验法检测其抗菌活性 ;以肾上腺素引起微循环障碍造成大鼠血瘀模型 ,研究其活血化瘀作用。结果 :抗炎实验证明妇炎康复片有明显的抑制小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀作用 (P <0 0 1) ;小鼠扭体试验证实妇炎康复片具有明显的抑制小鼠产生扭体的作用 (P <0 0 1) ;纸片法抗菌试验证实妇炎康复片和妇炎康片抑菌作用无显著差异 ,试管双倍稀释法证实妇炎康复片对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、粪链球菌、大肠杆菌的MIC分别是 12 5mg/ml、15 0mg/ml、12 5mg/ml、12 5mg/ml,体内保护试验证实其生存率大剂量达 6 0 %、中剂量达 5 0 %、小剂量达 40 %呈量效依赖关系。活血化瘀试验证实妇炎康复片大、小剂量对全血高、中、低切粘度和血瘀模型组相比粘度有明显降低 ,血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积和血瘀模型组相比亦有明显的降低。结论 :妇炎康复片具有明显的抗炎、抗菌、活血化瘀、止痛作用

Experimental study on pharmacodynamics of Fuyankangfu tablets

Objective:To study the effects of anti-inflammation analgesia,antibiotisis and promotion blood circulation and elimination blood stasis with Fuyankangfu tablets Methods:The effects of pharmacodynamics on Fuyankangfu tablets were respectively tested by ear edema of mice,ankle swell of rats,writhing of mice,paper piece method,two times dilute method in the test tubes and protect test in vivo,acute blood stasis model of rats Results:Fuyankangfu tablets significantly inhibited the mice ear edema and rats ankle swelling ( P <0 01),reduced the ratio of writhing of mice ( P <0 01) Comparing with Fuyankang tablets group,Fuyankangfu tablets were not significantly difference in antibiotisia ( P >0 05),it's MIC were 125 mg/ml,150 mg/ml,125 mg/ml,125 mg/ml on staphylococcus aureous,epidermal staphylococcus,streptococcus faecalis,esderichia colli,respectively Live ratio were 60%,50%,40% in large,middle,lowses Fuyankangfu tablets respectively and were dose-dependent Fuyankangfu tablets significantly reduce on the blood viscosity targets and red blood cell volumes in the large and low doses Conclusion:Fuyankangfu tablets might have effects in antiinflammation,analgesia,antibiotisia and promotion blood circulation and elimination blood stasis
