米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑障碍对照研究的Meta分析

目的探讨米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效及其与对照药的差异。方法应用Meta分析对7项米氮平与对照药治疗广泛性焦虑障碍对照研究的文献进行再分析,并评价其合并效应量的大小和综合显著性检验。结果米氮平治疗前后的自身对照,合并效应量d=3.43,95%CI为（2.95,3.92）,综合显著性检验χ2=13.92,P〈0.01,提示米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑障碍前后症状学变化有非常显著性差异,效应极强。米氮平与对照药在第2周末和治疗后组间的比较,提示米氮平组疗效优于对照组,且起效快。结论米氮平疗效优于对照药。

Meta-analysis of comparative study on mirtazaine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

Objective To study the efficacy of mirtazaine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 7 comparative studies of mirtazaine and controlled drug in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder were analyzed by Meta-analysis in therapeutic effects and side effects.Results The significant difference in symptoms between before and after treatment by mirtazaine was found [d=3.43,95%CI(2.95,3.92),χ2=13.92,P<0.01].Comparison between mirtazaine and controlled drug at 2nd weekend after treatment and at the end of trials showed that mirtazaine difference from other controlled drug is in side effects,but not in therapeutic effects.Conclusion Mirtazaine has significant curative effecacy than the controlled drug.
