| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自体髂胫束修复外伤性前交叉韧带(ACL)断裂疗效。方法用设计术式,将同侧髂胫束转位修复外伤性ACL断裂。结果16例患者,随访时间平均6年,优8例,良5例,可2例,差1例。结论髂胫束修复ACL,设计术式合理,有完全的韧带转化功能,有取材广泛的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of iliotibial tract transposition for repairing of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) traumatic rupture. Methods With designed surgery method, the ACL traumatic rupture was repaired with ipsilateral iliotibial tract transposition. Results 16 cases underwent this procedure, and were followed up for 6 years on average. The results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 5, fair in 2 and poor in 1. Conclusions The surgery method is reasonable, and harvesting is convenient for repairing of ACL with iliotibial tract transposition. |
