摘    要:目的:旨在通过采用计算机辅助的声学组织密度定量技术分别对设备在压左室肥厚(LVH)及肥厚性心肌病(HCM)患者的心肌组织灰阶段特征进行了分析,以期评价该方法鉴别不同病因心肌最的可行性,材料和方法,研究对象为32例正常人,28例LVH的高血压病人的35例HCM患者,常规以二尖瓣和乳头肌水平的短轴切面。采用Windows95支持下的Photo-Shop3.05软件对图像进行分析,结果:HCM患得肥厚的

Comparison of the myocardial echodensity between hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of cardiac tissue characterization to distinguish the distinct ventricular hypertrophy, we compared the gray - scale of paients with hypertensive left ventricular hypethephy(LVH) and those with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM) with computer - assistant quantitative analysis of myocardial echodensity. Materials and Methods: Thirty - two normal subjects,twenty - eight paients with concentric hypertensive LVH and thirty - five with HCM were selected.The left ventricular short - axis viewswere collected M at the papillary level and at the mitral level, and the gray - scale of myocardium at the interventricular septum, anteriorwall, lateral wall and posterior wall was analyzed by Adobe Photoshop 3. 05 software. Results: The mean gray - seale ratio and the Standarddeviation(SD) ratio of interventricular septum, anterior wall and lateral wall in the patients with HCM were not only higher at the papillarylevel(P < 0.05), but also at the mitral level(P < 0. 05). The significant difference was also exist between HCM and hypertensive LVH(except SD ratio of the interventricular septum at the mitra level) (P < 0. 05); whereas there was no difference between hypertensive patientsand normals(except SD ratio of the interventricular septum at the mitral level) (P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Quantitative analysis of myocardialechodensity was helpful in differential the distinct tissue characterization between hypertensive LVH and HCM.
