| 摘 要： | 我科自1987年12月-2003年3月共治疗腰椎间盘突出症1253例，其中手术治疗276例，发现髓核突入硬膜囊内5例；合并突入神经根鞘内1例。现结合临床回顾及有关文献复习，对其诊治教训及可能的发病机制分析如下。
