| 摘 要： | 目的：建立用反相高效液相色谱（RP－HPLC）法测定明珠口服液中大黄素含量的方法。方法：采用Shim pack CLCODS色谱柱，流动相为甲醇－0．1％磷酸溶液（85：15），检测波长254nm。结果：大黄素浓度的线性范围为0．02832－0．14160μg；平均加样回收率为97．2％；RSD为1．35％（n＝5）。结论：该法操作简便、快速、重现性好，可作为明珠口服液的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the method for determining the content of emodin in Mingzhu oral liquid by RP-HPLC. Methods: Using Shim pack CLC-ODS column, methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (85∶15) as the mobile phase and detection wavelength at 254 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.028 32～0.141 60 μg for the emodin. The average recovery was 97.2% and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 1.35% (n=5). Conclusion:This method was proved to be simple, quick and reproducible and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation. |
