多样本t检验和正交比较在药物相互作用分析的应用

目的：探讨联合用药时药物相互作用的统计分析方法。方法：从一个实例着手，使用正交比较方法分析药物相互作用；并基于两样本比较￡检验的基本原理，推导出进行多样本比较的t检验方法，并与正交比较的结果进行比较，说明分析思路与计算方法。结果：对于药物相互作用的分析，当观察结果为定量资料时，使用多样本，检验和正交比较都能完成药物相互作用的定量分析，并且能够明确回答是拮抗作用、相加作用还是增强作用；两种方法的分析结果是等价的。结论：采用多样本t检验或正交比较对药物相互作用研究的资料进行分析，结论更明确和可靠。

APPLICATION OF MULTISAMPLE T- TEST AND ORTHOGONAL CONTRASTS OF ANOVA IN QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF DRUG INTERACTIONS IN COMBINES DRUG THERAPY

Objective:To explore some statistical methods for drug interactions in combined drug therapy.Method:Orthogonal contrasts was introduced to analysis the drug interactions in an example as a research about the combined effects of two drugs.According to fundamental theory of two sample t-test,and set up a multi sample t-test to analysis the drug interactions.At last,the results of orthogonal contrasts and multi sample t-test were compared.Results:Both multi sample t-test and orthogonal contrasts could analyse drug interactions in combined drug therapy,when the experimental records were quantitative data.In a precise,drug interactions could be distinguished as antagonism,summation or potentiation.And the results of orthogonal contrasts and multi sample t-test were equal.Conclusion:It can gain more explicit and credible conclusion of drug interactions by the application of the multi sample t-test or orthogonal contrasts.
