输卵管结核临床X线诊断

摘    要:目的:研究子宫输卵管造影对输卵管结核诊断价值及X线的特征性征象分析。材料与方法:对84例输卯管结核行子宫输卵管造影检查,使用76%复方泛影葡胺。结果:和北京妇产科医院李梦鹤对输卵管结核9种类型相符合73例;总结重新分型如下:(1)僵直型9例;(2)壶腹部呈囊状积水型7例;(3)锈铁丝型11例;(4)串珠状型9例;(5)管旁结节阴影型6例;(6)峡部梗塞型17例;(7)宫角阻塞型14例;(8)伞端呈烟斗嘴型8例;(9)输卵管阻塞合并管旁静脉返流型3例。子宫腔黏连35例占41%,静脉及淋巴管造影剂逆流13例占15%。结论:子宫输卵管造影对诊断女性生殖器结核有特征性X线表现。对发现输卵管及子宫等破坏程度可直接明确诊断。

Abstract:Purpose:The analysis of diagnostic value of oviduct tubercle and X-ray features with radiography.Materials and Methods:Radiography examination to uterus oviduct has been conducted to 84 cases of oviduct tubercle,useing 76% compound emglumine diatrizoate injection.Results:It is in accordance with 9 types of oviduct tubercle doen by Li Menghe at Beijin Maternity Hospital:(1)9 cases of stiffness type;(2) 7 cases of small bag-shaped belly type;(3) 11 cases of rusty iron wire type;(4) 9 cases of string opoposite;(5) 6 cases of node shadow type;(6) 17 cases of block at contracted parts;(7) 14 cases of block at uterus corner;(8) 8 cases of tabacco pipe type of umberlla tip;(9) 3 cases of oviduct block and mergence,vein back flow at the side of ovidact.35 cases of cervix coherence,accountiong for 41%.13 cases of radiography plaster backflow of vein and lymph duct,accountiong for 15%.Conclusion:Radiography of uterus oviduct has characteristic X-ray performance to the diagnosis of female reproductive organ tubercle,It directly contributes to the clear diagnosis of damage degree of oviduct and uterus.
