| 摘 要： | 前交叉韧带（ACL）黏液变性是一种少见的病变，可引起膝天节疼痛或功能障碍，其MRI表现具有特征性，但易与ACL损伤或腱鞘囊肿相混淆。作者对该疾病的发病情况、临床表现、发病机制、MRI表现及鉴别诊断等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | Mucoid degeneration of the anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） is a less understood entity, it may cause the knee pain or motion deficit and have characteristics on MRI, but it＇s often confused with a diagnosis of ACL rupture or intraligamentous ganglia. In this review, we summarize the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, MRI features and diffrerntial diagnosis of this lesion. |
