MRI在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估中的应用研究

随着乳腺癌发病率和死产率的逐渐增加，新辅助化疗已经成为乳腺癌综合治疗的重要组成部分。MRI不仅能清晰硅示肿块大小及与周嗣组织的l炎系，还可利用动态对比增强MRI（DCE-MRI）、MR扩散加权成像（diffusionweightedimaging，DWI）、MR灌注成像（Perfusionweightedimaging，PWI）和MR波谱成像fMRS）为代表的功能MRI技术，存肿瘤形态发生改变之前，更早期评估新辅助化疗的疗效，为临床制定最佳的化疗方案提供重曼依据。作者综述MRI新技术存评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效中的应用。

Application of magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer

With the increasingly morbidity and mortality associated with breast cancer, neoadjuvant chemotherapy has become an essential part of combination therapy for patients with breast cancer. MRI could show the tumor size and margin clearly. Furthermore, functional MRI technology, including DCE-MRI, DWI, PWI and MRS, could early predict the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy before the tumor morphology changes. It provided an important reference for optimal chemotherapy program. This review focuses on the role of MRI in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.
