| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨糖尿病足患者血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的变化，观察康脉3号胶囊对其影响。方法：随机选择了20例患者，对治疗前后ET、NO进行了对比观察，并与正常人进行了比较。结果：糖尿病足患者ET升高、NO降低；应用康脉3号胶囊治疗后，患者ET、NO有明显改善。结论：观察ET、NO的变化有助干对糖尿病足发病机制的探讨，康脉3号胶囊能有效改善糖尿病足患者ET、NO的异常。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) of the Diabetic Foot(DF) patients Methods Changes of plasma ET and NO after administration of Kangmai #3 capsules were observed in twenty DF patients.Results All patients had high levels of plasma ET and low levels of plasma NO.After being treated with kangmai #3 capsules,all patients were found greatly improved on the levels of plasma ET and NO. Conclusion The changes of plasma ET and NO are helpful in the investigation of the mechanism of DF.Kangmai #3 capsules may effectively rectify the abnormal levels of plasma ET and NO of the DF patients. |
