贵州省第一轮全球基金结核病控制项目实施2年效果评价

目的分析第一轮全球基金结核病控制项目在我省实施2年的效果。方法收集分析第一轮全球基金结核病控制项目中期评估资料及月报、季报资料。结果项目实施2年我省共治疗管理阳性肺结核病人17398例，重症涂阴肺结核病人2841例。项目第一年初、复治病人的治愈率分别为84．0％和77．4％。项目带动各级地方配套265．44万元。结论全球基金第一轮结核病控制项目在我省实施2年取得了显著成效，为我省结核病控制起了很好的补充作用，促进了结核病控制工作的开展。

Analysis of results of implementing Tuberculosis Control Project suppported by Global Fund Round 1 for two years in Guizhou province

Objective To analyze the effect of implementing Tuberculosis Control Project supported by Global Fund Round 1 for two years in Guizhou province. Methods By collecting and analyzing the data about the middle stage evaluation of TB Control project of Global Fund Round 1 and monthly reports and quarterly reports. Results 17,398 cases of sputum smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 2,841 severe sputum smear-negative cases were treated and managed during implementing the project for two years. In the first year that the project is implemented in,The curative rates of initial treated patients and retreated patients was 84.0% and 77.4% ,respectively. And the fund supported by the locality at all levels spurred by the project was 265.44 ten thousand yuan. Conclusion Signficant effects have been achieved during implementing the TB Control Project of Global Fund Round 1 for two years,which has played a good supplementary role in TB control in our province and promotes to carry out TB control in this province.
