大鼠睾丸间质细胞发育的形态学研究及立体学定量分析

摘    要:对63例胚胎期至生后不同发育时期Wistar大鼠睾Leydig细胞进行光镜、电镜观察及立体学分析。结果表明:1.大鼠睾丸Leydig细胞从胚胎15d出现,17d初具分泌类固醇激素的结构特点。2.Leydig细胞存在两个细胞增殖峰,一个在胚胎17 ̄19d,另一个在生后4周。两峰之间有一个低谷(约在生后第2周)。从胚胎至生后,细胞核的体密度逐渐减小,细胞质、线粒体及滑面内质网的体密度逐渐增大,脂滴的体

Abstract:Leydig cells from the testes of 63 Wistar rats were studied at different stages of prenatal development (13, 15 , 17, 19 and 21 days),3 stages of postnatal development (8th hour, 2nd week and 4th week)and maturity stage using both light and electron microscopy. Leydig cells at different stages of development were also studied by means of stereological analysis. The results were as follows: 1. On the 15th day of development, Leydig cells can be observed in the embryo. On the 17th day,the cell has mitochondria (Mi) with tubular crista,well developed smooth endoplasmic reticulum(SER)and lipid droplets (LD). 2. Leydig cells have two peaks of proliferation ,the first at 1 7-19 days of embryonic development,and the second at puberty. The low point between the peaks occurs during the second week after born. Stereological analysis shows that the values of volume density (Vv) of the Cy,Mi,LD and SER increases with the development of Leydig cells,but Vv of the LD is shown to fluctuate more.This is correlated with the function of Leydig cells. 3. Two weeks after birth,clear cells and dark cells are present in testicular in terstitial tissue. These appear to have two different functions:the clear cells mainly secrete protein materials and the dark cells mainly secrete steroid hormones. However,these two kinds of cells have a cross function in secrete.
