| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝动脉多普勒血流灌注指数（ＤＰＩ）与门散脉逆流发生率（ＰＶＣＦ）的相关性及二者与肝癌肝内转移伯关系。方法：应用彩色多普勒检测４组不同人群的ＤＰＩ与ＰＶＣＦ；结果：①ＤＰＩ以转移组最高，依次为肝癌组、对照组、肝硬化组（Ｐ〈０．０５￣Ｐ〈０．００１）；ＰＶＣＦ以转移组最高，依次为肝癌组、肝硬化组、对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５￣Ｐ〈０．００１）；②肝癌组与转移组ＤＰＩ与ＰＶＣＦ的相关系数分别为ｒ＝０．
