| 摘 要： | 目的 观察奈达铂与替加氟联合治疗中晚期食管癌的临床疗效.方法 67例中晚期食管癌患者应用奈达铂20 mg/d加入生理盐水 500 mL中静脉滴注 2 h; 随后应用替加氟注射液1 000 mg/d,静脉滴注.两种药物连续使用5 d,21 d为 1个周期,至少使用2个周期后评价疗效.结果 平均每例患者治疗3.17个周期....

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Nedaplatin(NDP) combined with Tegafur treatment in the advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Sixty-seven patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated.The treatment schedule consisted of NDP 20 mg/d iv;Tegafur 1 000 mg/d iv,repeated for 21 days.Every patient received over 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Results The average treatment courses were 3.17.The overall response rate was 46.27%,including 0 case of CR,31 cases o f PR,21 cases o f NC and 15 cases of PD... |
