| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将58例良性前列腺增生患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=25)和中药干预组(n=33)。比较两组患者治疗前后临床观察指标的变化情况。结果两组治疗后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)评分、残余尿量、前列腺体积均明显降低,最大尿流率明显增加,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);中药干预组治疗后临床症状改善更加明显,与A组治疗后比较IPSS评分、残余尿量、前列腺体积均明显降低(P<0.01),最大尿流率明显增加(P<0.01)。中药干预组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论中药干预治疗良性前列腺增生临床疗效明显,安全可靠。
