| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对南海驻礁人员胃肠道疾病患病率的影响。方法调查南海驻礁人员胃肠道疾病患病率,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行心理状况调查,并在此基础上,针对其致病危险因素分别采取预防性及治疗性护理干预措施,干预2年后对相同人群进行重复调查。结果干预后,驻礁人员胃肠道疾病总患病率和胃肠道不适症状发生率显著下降(P<0.01),干预后SCL-90各因子分、总均分和阳性项目数均明显低于干预前(均P<0.01)。结论治疗性和预防性护理干预措施相结合,能显著降低南海驻礁人员胃肠道疾病患病率,保障其健康水平。
