| 摘 要： | 目的观察妥洛特罗贴剂治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法 1选择支气管哮喘急性发作患儿30例,在常规治疗基础上加用妥洛特罗贴剂,每次1片(0.5 mg或1 mg),每日1次,记录给药3 d内患儿一般情况、临床症状及体征变化。结果给药3 d内,患儿一般状况、喘息及肺部口罗音等临床症状和体征逐渐得到改善,显效5例,有效21例,无效4例,总有效率为86.67%。治疗期间无1例患者出现不良反应。结论妥洛特罗贴剂是一种β2受体激动型支气管扩张药,可有效控制儿童支气管哮喘急性发作。用药期间患儿依从性好,疗效确切,不良反应少,对儿童支气管哮喘安全有效。
