食道癌患者留置鼻肠管的护理

目的探讨食道癌手术后应用肠内营养的护理方法,提高患者对手术的耐受力,减少术后并发症,缩短患者住院时间。方法选取2008年8月~2010年9月行食管癌根治术的46例患者,采用经营养液重力或输液泵24 h持续滴注方法,以逐渐增加滴速至患者所能耐受量,达到营养需要量的方法,观察患者生命体征、胃肠道功能恢复及不良反应。结果全组46例患者肠内营养期间恢复良好,营养状态明显改善,肠内营养支持前后患者实验室检查无显著异常。结论肠内营养符合正常生理特点,能维持肠黏膜屏障功能,节约医疗费用,对术后机体康复和并发症防治都将起到保驾护航的作用是食管癌术后营养支持的首选途径。

The nursing of esophageal cancer patients with indwelling nasal bowel

Objective To explore nursing methods of enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery,and to improve patients′ tolerance of surgery,reduce postoperative complications and shorten hospitalization time.Methods Forty-six cancer patients with esophageal resection from August 2008 to September 2010 were chosen.Gravity or the operation of nutrient solution 24 h infusionpump infusion method was used.Thus patients could gradually increase the drip rate to a tolerable dose to achieve nutritional needs.The patients′ vital signs,gastrointestinal functional recovery and adverse reactions were observed.Results All patients recovered well during the period of enteral nutrition.Nutritional status improved significantly after enteral nutrition in patients with no significant laboratory abnormalities.Conclusion Enteral nutrition is in line with the normal physiological characteristics.It can maintain intestinal mucosal barrier function,reduce costs,and is useful in achieving rehabilitation and preventing after-surgery complications.It proves to be the first choice for postoperative nutritional support.
