| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双胎妊娠阴道分娩的护理。方法回顾性分析30例双胎妊娠阴道分娩病例的临床资料,总结存在的危险因素和采取的护理措施。结果 14例宫缩乏力,9例胎儿宫内窘迫得到及时监测、处理,及时发现、正确处理1例脐带脱垂和1例产后出血。19例新生儿窒息成功复苏17例,2例因重度窒息、极低体重儿复苏无效死亡,6例转新儿科后因并发症死亡。结论加强双胎妊娠阴道分娩孕妇产前宣教、心理护理、三个产程的观察和护理,积极防治宫缩乏力、脐带脱垂、梗阻性难产、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、产后出血,能有效地降低母儿并发症。
