重度颅脑外伤合并胸外伤的观察与护理

目的探讨重度颅脑外伤合并胸外伤的观察要点与护理方法。方法回顾总结35例重度颅脑外伤合并胸外伤的护理体会,分析护士全面细致地观察病情,做出预见性的评估,实施全面整体护理措施的重要性。结果患者恢复正常工作、生活4例,基本生活自理7例,中残9例,重残11例,死亡4例。结论通过护士全面细致地观察病情,做出预见性的评估,实施全面整体的护理措施,有效的控制了疾病的发展和并发症的发生,促进了患者的康复。
