| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结直肠癌组织中Ki67,CK20,CEA的表达与结直肠癌组织学类型,Ducks分期及分级关系。方法应有免疫组织化学方法研究60肠癌组织中Ki67,CK20和CEA的表达情况。结果癌组织CK20的表达与Ki67的关系密切,CK20表达强度随Ki67表达强度的增强而增强。不同分期及不同分化的腺癌,CK20的表达强度均有显著差异,随分期的增加或腺癌分化程度的降低,但Ki67与肿瘤的分期及分级并无相关性。CEA的血液浓度随着i67,CK20的表达增高而增高。结论 Ki67与CK20的表达和血液中的CEA浓度3者之间有很强的相关性,联合检测癌组织Ki67,CK20和血液中CEA高表达对鉴别大肠良恶性病变,提示肿瘤恶性程度高低、转移等生物学特性及预后较单独检测更有实用价值。
