| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨技能训练对住院流浪精神发育迟滞患者康复的影响。方法:对60例住院流浪精神发育迟滞患者实施为期1年的有关技能训练。训练前后采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)和社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)对患者进行评估。结果:技能训练1年后,患者ADL、SDSS评分较训练前好转,患者日常生活自理能力、社会功能及自理能力等均较训练前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:技能训练帮助住院流浪精神发育迟滞患者养成良好行为习惯,以提高患者的自理能力和社会功能,促进全面康复。
