| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)联合检测在消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析203例因消化系统疾病住院的患者,经内镜、病理及腹部CT确诊,其中消化系统恶性肿瘤125例,消化系统良性疾病78例,均应用化学发光法检测血清AFP、CEA和CA199的水平。结果恶性肿瘤患者AFP、CEA、CA199均高于良性消化疾病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。AFP、CEA与CA199联合检测较单项检测对消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感度更高。结论血清肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA和CA199检测作为诊断性试验,在消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断中具有重要的价值,而联合检测使敏感度得到明显提高,降低了消化道肿瘤的漏诊率。
