| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗抑郁治疗在幽门螺旋杆菌阴性的慢性胃炎治疗方案中的作用。方法将160例幽门螺旋杆菌阴性的慢性胃炎患者随机分成联合治疗组和常规治疗组(对照组),常规治疗组80例予以奥美拉唑胶囊治疗,联合治疗组80例予以奥美拉唑胶囊及抗抑郁药物(帕罗西汀)联合治疗4周,比较2组治疗前后的疗效。结果联合治疗组后患者的症状改善程度明显优于常规治疗组,生活质量改善,差异有显著性。结论在常规治疗基础上联合抗抑郁药物治疗,对幽门螺旋杆菌阴性的慢性胃炎疗效显著,明显提高生活质量,具有推广意义。
