| 摘 要： | 目的评价洁悠神长效喷雾剂预防及治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法 94例鼻咽癌放射治疗患者随机分为2组,实验组47例用洁悠神长效喷雾剂联用氯乙定含漱剂含漱,对照组47例用氯乙定含漱剂(洗必泰)含漱进行治疗,观察放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生程度。结果实验组放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生率明显低于对照组。结论洁悠神长效喷雾剂作为一种治疗口腔黏膜炎的口腔用药,可以减少或减轻放射性口腔黏膜的损伤。
