53例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的围术期护理

目的探索高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期的护理。方法分析53例70岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折的临床资料,根据老年人的生理、心理特点,综合采取围手术期护理措施。结果本组病例经积极的治疗以及术前、术后护理,均能康复出院,无院内并发症发生。结论高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的患者手术风险大,只有实施综合的围手术期护理,才能减少术后并发症,提高手术成功率。

Perioperative nursing of 53 cases of intertrochanteric fractures

Objective To probe into the best way to nurse the patients of intertrochanteric hip fracture in advanced ages during the perioperative period.Methods With analysis the clinical data of 53 patients who were all over 70,we adopted the synthetic measures according to the elderly people′s physiology and psychology.Results The patients of the test group who were treated with effective methods and nursing during the perioperative period were all discharge with rehabilitation and without phanerous complications.Conclusion The patients in advanced age with intertrochanteric hip fracture represent a significant risk during the period of treatment.But the adoption of the synthetic nursing measures can decrease the risk of complications of operation and increase the achievement ratio.
