| 摘 要： | 目的观察药物保留灌肠对宫颈癌后装放疗所致的放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法将宫颈癌患者行后装放疗后出现放射性直肠炎的病例45例随机分为两组,观察组23例采用中、西药物2次/d交替保留灌肠;对照组22例每天晚1次用西药保留灌肠。治疗1个疗程(10 d)后,比较两组患者腹痛、腹泻、里急后重、血便等临床症状减轻情况。结果观察组治愈5例、有效16例、无效2例,对照组治愈2例、有效11例、无效9例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药交替保留灌肠对宫颈癌后装放疗后所致的放射性直肠炎的疗效优于1次/d西药保留灌肠。
