| 摘 要： | 目的观察人参皂苷Rg3联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法将符合入组条件的70例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成两组,对照组仅采用常规化疗,试验组在化疗基础上加用人参皂苷Rg3,疗程为3个月。治疗后观察瘤体体积及生活质量评分。结果对照组和试验组患者瘤体大小变化有效率分别为59%和80%,治疗后生活质量评分显效率分别为51%和78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人参皂苷Rg3联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,不良反应较少。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effect of ginsenoside Rg3 combined GP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Thirty-five patients received ginsenoside Rg3 20 mg bid po for 90 days plus regular chemotherapy.The other 35 patients received regular chemotherapy.Results For observed group and control group,the response rates of those were 59% and 80% respectively.Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 combined GP regimen is effective in the treatment of advanced non-smal... |
